Classified: France ’44 drops you into occupied France during the desperate months leading up to the historic Allied D-Day landings in June 1944. As the commander of a Special Ops team made up of Allied commandos and French Resistance fighters, your job is to build a web of chaos, sabotage German infrastructure, and establish a working underground network.
Every Shot Counts: The game features a unique morale-based suppression mechanic. Missing a shot doesn’t mean a wasted turn; the gunfire panics and suppresses your enemies, pinned down targets are left vulnerable to flanking maneuvers.
Shape the Battle: Utilize deep stealth tactics to silently pick off sentries and position your squad before triggering a devastating ambush phase on your own terms.
Gestapo Heat: The more successful raids you launch and the more damage you inflict, the harder the merciless Gestapo secret police will hunt your cell down.
Factions & Freedom: Navigate political friction by working with three competing Resistance factions (Criminals, Gaullists, Radicals) to secure specific weapon upgrades and elite abilities.
